Speech Evaluations
Each speech and language evaluation takes a thorough look at all areas of communication, including speech sounds, understanding, expression, and social use of language. After the assessment, you'll receive a written report and a customized treatment plan tailored to your child’s needs.
Speech therapy sessions are offered weekly for 30 minutes, either in our Lynbrook office or through secure teletherapy. Each session is individualized to your child’s needs and includes parent coaching to support carryover and communication growth at home.
We offer fun, interactive group classes like Baby Babble, Talking Toddlers, and Creative Talk at Lilypad Clinic and in the community. These classes support your child’s communication and social skills in a nurturing, playful setting and provide a more affordable complement to private therapy.

Hi! I'm Lily
Lily Goldberg, M.S., CCC-SLP, is a certified speech-language pathologist based in Long Beach, NY and the founder of Lilypad Speech & Language Therapy. She holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
Lily proudly serves families across Long Island and Queens through her private practice and as an adjunct professor at Hofstra University, where she helps shape the next generation of speech-language pathologists.
With a specialty in early language delays and disorders, Lily brings over a decade of experience in early intervention, having worked as both a therapist and a supervisor. Her approach is rooted in play-based therapy, practical parent coaching, and building strong, trusting relationships with families.
She believes that speech therapy should feel meaningful, manageable, and personalized. Every treatment plan she designs is functional, flexible, and built to fit seamlessly into a family’s daily routines—because that’s where communication grows best.
Lily has been working with my son for only about a month now and the progress we have seen has been amazing. Lily is very informative and as parents who are just learning how to get the most out of our son and the proper way of teaching him to communicate, I truly feel we understand our child as a whole better than we ever have because of her help. Hands down Lily is an amazing therapist. Lily has been working with my 2 year old daughter since September and has been absolutely incredible.
